Although the origins of Jim Jr lie shrouded in a foggy mist of inpenetrable mystery, there are small shrouds of light that sometimes surface, only to enrage and confuse the art sniffing public. Any realization of this quirky artists existance is usually met with furrowed brows, an unexplained buzzing sound, and outcries of, He did that? and Jim Jr is once again forced to receed back to the dim little room that brings small moments of solace. Here he creates, and here he begins his long, dark, tea-time of the soul. Not particularly trained in any specific discipline and not graduating from any particular school of higher learning, Jim Jr doesnt strive to any fleeting aspirations nor does his work reveal any profound or prolific hullabaloo that exactly fails to please the eye. Not winning any awards and not being publicly recognized has definitely not forced Jim Jr to not turn down public appearances and not drive away pestsy people or penetrating papparazzi. Yet he still presses on and when the mood hits him, he even attempts to finish a new piece before another millenium dawns. He also has a wife, three kids, and two mini-vans that he secretly refers to as Frogmorton and the copious one. A recently adopted cat keeps him humble and amused. |
